Day 5 - Still going strong!

I have not only not consumed any alcohol for the last 5 days and I have logged every morsel I have put into my mouth. I also have exercised every day for at least 1 hour. Calorie count is still a bit high, but the food quality is fairly good. 16 days to go. You have to start somewhere and gather steam as the days progress. I plan to be under calorie count by the end of the week. Full steam ahead!!!
