I have almost completed an entire week of the no alcohol challenge. I had a moment today while at the grocery store when I thought I might get a beer, but I quickly left the store. I logged all food/drink and exercised 1 hour and 25 minutes. Still high on the calorie count, but still eating healthy (if you don't count the 1/2 white chocolate macadamia nut cookie I had since I got some for my friends birthday) Hope to lower calorie count tomorrow. Will go lighter on exercise.
