Feeling bad about myself

emoticonI feel so bad about myself. See the last week I have not walked or worked out. I have been so busy and tired. I have to get back into the grove. I tell myself every morning that I am going to at least walk but when I get off work I find any reason not to. I even went two days without logging onto spark or tracking my food. This is what happens when I stop dieting and gain weight back. I dont want that to happen that cant happen. I have worked to hard. I need someone to kick my butt into gear!

    I understand what it is like to slip back into bad habits. I think everyone does it, but you have to pick yourself back up and go back to work. Just remember how happy getting your weight in control and going out to exercise everyday made you feel. Everyone has bad days but dont let those bad days kick you back into your old and bad habits.

    Btw I am going to make my tomorrow better by getting up early to make myself breakfast and to take a walk. You should do it with me! emoticon

    I totally understand where your coming from!! I found that a good way for myself to get a workout in that didn't involve going outside..buy a workout out dvd. i have jillian Michaels 30 day shred and its a really good workout..and very convenient emoticon

    You can always start again-in small steps if you want to.
