Elsewhere I stated that my exercise regime would be sloooow due to recovering from a slipped disk. That pain in my lower back is better. The injury made my sciatica pain much worse, though-more constant with walking or standing.
Today I decided to get on my long neglected elliptical exercise bike. To my happy surprise, I found that the exercise DID NOT hurt!! I only did about ten minutes with some stretching to follow, but I plan on 15 tomorrow.
Now to figure out why the cable box and tv downstairs aren't operable. I want to be able to watch videos on CMT while I exercise!
