well I am almost scared to write all this because I have already done so and it didn't work. an error occurred. great. I am going to keep this one shorter.
I joined a bunch of new teams. I am challenging myself to try new things and make new friends.
Today I went to all of my team pages and introduced myself and added some comments. I feel really good about it.
I am making some new challenges for May. I am really going to jump start my weight loss journey because I have wasted the first 4 months of this year making goals and promises and not fulfilling them at all.
1. lose 10 pounds (I know that is a lot)
2. use better time management
3. stay active and spend a lot of time out side
