Birthday Goal Made it, but it only lasted 3 days

Discussed with myself. I did make my birthday goal even made it 1 extra pound. But of course my hubby got me a cake and then took me out to eat. I did think I chose the right food. I choose boil shrimp plate with bake pot. my hubby who is trying to lose also choose the seafood platter with all fried stuff. But after eating out and trying to get rid of the birthday cake it pushed the scales back up. I also did do the sister thing out because I meet my goal. We ate Chinese, we all ate chicken with broccoli. spicy .

So today I am making a new goal. By fathers day 180, and stay there for awhile or at least 1 full week before gaining.

    Don't be so hard on yourself. This is a lifestyle change and these things will happen occasionally. The key is to not let them get out of control.

    I bet you will be back down in a day or two. Eating out (especially the chinese) has so much sodium. You are probably retaining a lot of water right now. I know you will hit your father's day goal!
