Three days in a row and counting!

Yesterday my exercise went from 10 minutes plus stretches to fifteen. Today I'm up to 20 minutes walking , even though it hurts. I can't believe how sore my knees and upper arms were after that 10 minutes on my elliptical bike Saturday!
I did stop to chat with a neighbor today very briefly-about a minute. That was enough for the pain in my sciatica to calm down.
I really didn't think I'd make it home, but I did. Tomorrow I'll do the bike again.
Friends, if I can do this - you can do it, too. This week I'll really lose weight!
