Mantra for MAY: Countdown to Graduation
My oldest Graduates from 8th Grade on 6/4- and I want to be feeling good about myself. This is a major milestone for all of us- we are so proud of the young man we have raised! I want to be feeling better about myself on his special day!
May Tracking- start on Saturday, end on Friday

At the end of May I will say:
~ I am elated and so thankful that I made the most of the month of May!
~I met my 210 fitness minute goal! I worked hard!
~I did 210 weekly reps of really good exercises this month!
-Although I only updated my ticker at month end, I weighed in and monitored my progress on a weekly basis.
~I am finally below 169, with a goal of beating last year's 167!
~I followed the Extreme Fat Smash guidelines for eating and exercise.
