The more diet soda I drink the more I crave food. That is the truth for me. For the past few days I have been craving more food and I know the sodas are not helping. I did eat well today. I need to stop putting off what I know I need to do.

    Hi Phil,
    You sound like me. One thing that has helped me is flavored water. I hate the taste of just plain water so I tried a carbonated flavored water. I buy them instead of cokes and only have a coke once in a while when I'm out to dinner. I feel bad using the bottles, but
    I recycle them, giving the stash of bottles to my grandkids to turn in for money. They get
    a thrill earning money while helping to save the earth. Hugs, Joy
