Ok...
cleaned out the fridge and freezer... threw away the ice cream!!!
Went to the grocery store and got fruits and veggies and well.. guess I made a plan and so far am sticking to it. May not seem like much to some BUT I've been here before... I know the importance of this time of day and being where I am.... HUGE

Also went to the park and walked almost a mile... the shoes hurt my feet so left the park and went straight to Famous Footwear and got a new pair of walking shoes!

WOOOHOOOO!!!

    I am so proud of you for cleansing the fridge and pantry! That was the hardest thing for me to do. Even today I argued with the ladies in my office to get the cupcakes tossed out so they would stop tempting us. Good job!
