It's My Friday!!!

So this has been quite a week. With work the way it has ben with all the immigration marches, and collisions and fallen officer week coming up it has been a very very tiring week. This weekend tho I am going to go indoor skydiving!!! I cant wait. I need some fun times!! I also hope to get caught up on my sleep. lol...I dont think anyone can ever get caught up on that!

I have been working out a lot and eating right but still the scale hasnt budged!! It is soooo frustraing! I have another doctor appt this coming week and I hope I can get some answers! It is like my body is just refusing to play by the same game I am!!! Well message to my body...GET WITH IT!!!!

    I've always wanted to try indoor skydiving! (There's no way you'd find me skydiving OUTDOORS though!) Have a blast and I want to hear all about it...
    Just stick with your plan of eating right and working out... It will pay off. I have found that sometimes if I DON'T count calories for a few days and just sort of give myself a break, I'll drop a few pounds. I'm never sure why that works, but I've been where you are and it gets so frustrating to know that I'm working so hard to be good, and losing NO weight. Don't forget to treat yourself a little!
