Monthly Weighin (a week late) and other updates

So I'm having a tough time, and just kind of grinding away. BUT my clothes are unwearable if it wasn't for a belt so time for a weigh in I think.

I finally cracked tho, I went and brought a scales, the cheapest one I could find has all the doolallys so it shows your BMI and body fat. It is the pink barer of bad news lol, but machines that do body fat by electricty are totally inacurate so nevermind that lol.

But...3.1kg (6.8lb)loss in 3 weeks!

And I done my measurements, this is after 5 weeks.

waist -3cm (1.1inch)
hips -2cm (0.7inch)
thigh -5cm(1.9inch)
calf -4.5cm(1.7inch)

So yeah as you can see it's all coming from my legs, and I can tell because I have *gasp* muscle definition?!

And I took my BP yesterday and it was the lowest reading I've done (which surprises me with the stress this week), so getting to borderline normal range. Actually I wonder if I had my arm right, haha I had better double check again soon.

So some very good results there! Time to keep it up to see even more!!
