I've been having a tough couple of days, because I relaxed for a few days and didn't worry as much about counting my calories. Now, I need to get back on track and I don't feel like it! I guess I need to re-motivate myself and just get it done, but the sweets and fried things at work are looking better than ever! I had plenty of fiber for breakfast this morning and I'm going to work on drinking plenty of water this afternoon, so hopefully I won't even think about those chicken strips. Anyone have any other tips that might reduce the temptation?
Go back to your original motivation! YOU WANT TO BE AROUND TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR HUSBAND!! You can't do that, if you choose to disregard what is best for you.
