I am focused on keeping on track. I started the EA Active 30 day workout on Monday, and although I don't feel like I have time to do it, I always enjoy it once I start. The thighs are a little sore today, so something is working!
I am working on better food choices in order to stay in my nutritional ranges and not get bored. I am currently at Panera and am proud of myself that I chose a whole-grain bagel with less than one container of butter and a fruit cup instead of the Asiago Cheese bagel sandwich that I really wanted! (Never mind ALL the luscious pastries which look fabulous but which I have never tried).
I need to push the water though - I am out of the habit. I also need to be better about getting on SP to track things - I forget. I am also finding it tedious to track the food, particularly my recipes, even though I have made most of them favorite food groups. I need to stop being so lazy, because that is the one thing that resulted in success for me before.
So far, no results on the scale...but I will keep at this. I will do this!!
