just breathe

i have been sleepy but i have learned to try to do a quick yoga pose, and take a deep breath or 2 and then i wake up a little.

    Try downward facing dog, it is made to try and help wake you up, and works very well.

    I wish that would work for me!! I take a few deep slow breathes and start to fall asleep!!!(lol) I find stretching like a full body stretch helps to wake me up a little!!!
