Gained... and gained some more

For some reason, I can't seem to get past the 300 point and just stay there! This is the second time I've surpassed 300 and then gone right back to it. I weighed yesterday and I was 300 lbs. 2 weeks before, I lost 5.2 lbs and landed at 290.8! I dont understand how one week I can do SO GOOD and then the next two weeks mess up so bad that I gain 4+6=10 POUNDS! I especially dont get how I walked freakin SO MUCH on vacation, like one day we hiked a five mile, very difficult trail, and the next day we walked like 4 hours shopping. And I didnt even eat THAT bad, but it was probably the alcohol where I went wrong. Stupid liquor. I need and want to get back on track 100%, which is why I woke up early today, ate some strawberries for breakfast, and tracked them right after. I'm just hoping I can keep it up and be consistent. I need some encouragement here, people. And also, to the Christmas 2010 Challenge members, who I am the leader of, I'm sorry I've been a no show all week. I did have an excuse, because Saturday thru Tuesday I was on vacay, but I didnt get on Tuesday or Wednesday either. So my apologies. I'm going to try my hardest to get back on track and be a great team leader from now on!
