I MUST Stop Gaining!!!!

OK, so back on Nov 6 I wrote a blog about losing 60 lbs! What a milestone (recap - i lost 45 lbs in 8 months, then took another year to lose the next 15). I was only 10 lbs or so from my goal. Fast forward to today, and the scale has been creeping back up, albeit slowly, but i'm up about 8 lbs from last November. I haven't been tracking my meals, or my weight gain... so it's time to be serious. It's all in what i'm eating (or not eating like freggies!). So i'm going to be honest to myself and you and update my weight ticker and weigh in and track EVERY Wednesday! It's all about being accountable. And i feel like if i blog this, and have you all behind me, i can get back into the healthy zone!

Here it goes, i'm going to update my ticker now to 154.3 - my highest in a long time! Yucky!

    You have done it and you will do it again! That's the thing..these aren't temporary changes, they are lifelong changes and we all have the power and strength in us to succeed and maintain! Way to go getting back on track!!!!

    I hear you about getting serious and being accountable. I didn't track or exercise or anything while I was out of town, or most of the week I returned, either, and the scale shows it.

    OH lucky you stopped soon. I just let it keep climbing up and up. Now I wm practically starting over.
