I'm off work today. Got up, made lunches for the boys, and then sat down to do some sparking. Plan for the day is to just relax. I have a couple of errands to do, but that won't take long.
I'd go for a walk, but it's dreary out, and the rain will start again soon. Bleh.
The week has been pretty good. I have been following through on putting the brakes on, and have been managing my food intake quite well since my declaration. This is good.
I love it when I can actually FEEL the progress I'm making. Feel? Yes, feel. On my body -- I can feel the fat melting down and the curvy curves starting to be more defined at my hips, at my abdomen.
Things are working out -- I'm a little (very little) ahead of schedule on my 1 pound a week plan, which is great. I will stay on track and get this done!!
