where's my mojo!

I feel like I've been slipping a bit for the past 2 weeks. I've been eating at the high end of my calorie range and not eating very much fruit and veg!
This will have to change, I feel really 'sluggish' and I've definitely bloated up. I've actually put 3lb on! I hope this will 'drop off' soon because I have only just finished my TOM so that's got a lot to do with it but Its also eating the wrong things I'm sure.
I've decided to give myself a 'shake-up' and am going to make myself a motivational collage. It will only be of 2-3 photos but that will be enough if I add my goals and some inspirational quotes. I've never done anything like this before so hopefully it will help me get back into FULL SPARK MODE.
I've also decided to reward myself for my achievements, this is also something else I haven't done. So I'm going to have small rewards for sustaining my water, exercise & food log-ins each week, medium rewards for weight loss (I lose weight very slowly so don't know how much I should put!) and big rewards for significant weight or measurement loss.
My rewards are:

SMALL
Home made facial oil (I never give myself time to make it)
New book
Plant for the garden
ME time (at least 1 hour)


MEDIUM (all very girlie things, lol)
Massage
Facial
Manicure
New item of clothing (T-shirt, blouse etc)

BIG
A new pair of jeans in a SMALLER size (YAY) emoticon
An evening away with my hubby

Ok, can't think of any others at the moment but if anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful. I've also bought the 'Spark' which is what helped me to realise that I am slipping a bit.
I know It's not a major slip but I really don't want to lose momentum and I'm the type of person who gets fed up with things after a short time so need to keep myself motivated.

    I have also been in the "slip mode". I think you're on the right track and I think I'll incorporate some short-term goal rewards for myself, too. THANKS for sharing the idea! I do have a suggestion. Try to weigh once a month instead of every day or even every week. See if that helps.

    Looks like you have given yourself a good peptalk and have set some great motivational rewards.
    I too am reading the spark and it has been very helpful in keeping me motivated.
