Day 4 EA Active Workout

Sunday, May 16, 2010

I was doing fine until today - feels like I hit the wall!

Got through the first 3 days of EA Active (moderate level) with no problem. Today we're doing jumping lunges...REALLY?? I tried them but it started aggravating my right hip, which occasionally acts up... Then my remote refused to behave on the rows - the thing kept telling me that the remote and nunchuck had to be pointing to the floor - THEY WERE - and I couldn't get it to recognize that fact no matter what I did. Had to skip that exercise, which I hated doing.

Hope my hip feels better tomorrow - I do not want to give up on this program. Down another .2 pounds this AM. (hey, it is something!)

Have about 180 calories left in my range for today - only problem is that I left dinner still hungry. I am feeling stressed, so that doesn't help. This is going to be a crazy week, and I am responsible for making sure a lot gets done in a lot of different arenas. The good thing is we get to bring our daughter home from college next weekend, at least for a little while. Her summer plans unfortunately are still up in the air -- which only adds to the stress. Calgon, take me away!!!!

Maybe I would feel better if the Yankees had won today....and if it hadn't been Mo that collapsed.

Crappy end to a great game, I agree!

I hope your hip feels better! I would love to get that EA game, sadly can't afford it right now, they sound like a lot of fun. Keep on doing what you can!

GO YANKEES, especially the next couple games!

Tough day. I wasn't happy about the Yankees either. Tomorrow will be better.
