Happy Friday, all!! I will be doing a photo food blog later...if time allows on this hectic workday! I have my pedometer on today (been forgetting to wear it at work lately and we all know every precious step counts!) will try to make this part of my daily routine) I had a great 50 minute jog yesterday and I did a mini-experiment. My normal HR while not moving is about 40 so I tried not to dip below a 75 range last night when I'd occasionally stop to brisk walk and would run until I'd get to about an 88HR. It worked good and I felt I had accomplished more this way. Such a great feeling after a good jog. And how relaxed and at peace after a great stretch and shower afterwords!! What a great night's sleep!
