Wow, what a difference a day makes. I changed my intervals from 4/1 to 3/1 and as you can see in my HR I felt much better than Wednesday's run. It was very humid and the sweat was not evaporating much at all. I again had to stop by the house for a water refill. Still considering hauling a water buffalo during my runs LOL.
I also purposely watched my pacing and slowed down. That made a huge difference. Duh. That is it for this week and I ran for a total of 16.11 miles this week. My plan for next week is to run early Sunday morning as our temps are to climb to 90 on Sunday along with humidity. That is pegged to be about 7 -ish miles. Then I will run two more days for a total of about 17-18 miles. That'll work!
