3lbs SUCK!

2 weeks on the gym + eating healthy = very lil weight loss!!! ... I'm going nuts about this, I'm REALLY upset.... I've been going back to what I've done this 2 weeks and it's almost impossible to have lost 3lbs only...impossible! emoticon

I had an "Are U Kidding Me!!!" weekend, I've been in denial...it's IMPOSSIBLE!!! emoticon

Anywayzz... I'm gonna keep on doing it this week, but I'll workout more and see how it goes! It has to go better...It can't be worst...i hope!

So, it's almost summer and I don't have my summer outfits or my swimwear yet... cuz I'm fat, today i went to a mall and...there is nothing my size...and I started to freak out! I mean...really...its almost summer and I have nothing to wear.... ohh crap!!!!!!
I'm still going trough my emotional up's and down's...its been a roller-coaster...I don't need to be worrying about my weight...but it might be that my weight is causing it all .... maybe.

Well... I'll write more soon!

    The recommended weekly weight loss is .5 to 2 pounds a week, so all your hard work is paying off. You're doing great!! I know we all want to drop it more quickly, but it takes a long time to go on and a long time to come off. Just try to remember slow and steady. You're much more likely to keep it off it you lose it slowly by making permanent changes to the way you do things. Keep up the great work, you're doing emoticon

    You are doing great! 3#s is a really good amount to lose over 2 weeks. I would settle for losing that amount in 1 month! LOL! just keep doing what you are doing, it's obviously working.

    3 pounds of fat is like three big coffee cups of yellow goo that you aren't taking with you anymore!
    1.5 pounds a week is considered on the high end of weightloss..
    So you are doing it!
