Summer Challenge motivators

I have to make some changes, and this summer seems like a good time to do so:
1. I am going to try to eat more foods in their natural state; I'll let the garden produce inspire me!
2. I need to move more, so I will find an early morning exercise program I can enjoy.
3. The days are long; I want to hike: I'll hit the trails!
4. I shall attempt to be a daily poster on the chat thread.
5. I shall do my best to be a weekly loser!
