5 goals for the Summer Sizzle Biggest loser Challenge

WOW....I have been WAY out of control between the Spring and Summer challenge. I don't know why I do this...I know better. The contraband food tastes good when I eat it, but the guilt and weight gain that follow make me feel awful.SOOOOOO.....Here we go again. SOmeday I hope I can/will break this cycle.

My goals for this Challenge:
1. Track my calories...ALL of them!!!
2. Start the C25k program with my team
3. Get back to my strength training routine
4. Feel good about ME
5.Put more effort into my weightloss

Tomorrow is emoticon AGAIN!!!! I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!!!

    Never give up, never surrender my friend! You are worth it and you CAN do it. Take it one day at a time and one item at a time. I think it is time for a Fast Break. Just pick 3 things and concentrate on those like we did when we started Spark People. 1 nutritional goal (like tracking everything - not even worrying about calories too much just to see where you are). 1 exercise goal (like exercising every day for 10 minutes) and 1 motivational goal (write a daily blog, read inspirational stories, post to your teams) etc. I had to do this earlier this year to get myself back on track and fired up.
