5 goals for the Summer Sizzle Biggest loser Challenge

WOW....I have been WAY out of control between the Spring and Summer challenge. I don't know why I do this...I know better. The contraband food tastes good when I eat it, but the guilt and weight gain that follow make me feel awful.SOOOOOO.....Here we go again. SOmeday I hope I can/will break this cycle.
My goals for this Challenge:
1. Track my calories...ALL of them!!!
2. Start the C25k program with my team
3. Get back to my strength training routine
4. Feel good about ME
5.Put more effort into my weightloss
AGAIN!!!! I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!!!
