Came home after work and ate Chipotle and fell asleep. Why have I fallen so far off the wagon? Why cannot I not just get back on? So mad at myself. My pattern has been to eat healthy (normal) during the day and then as soon as the clock strikes 530, I head straight to the tastiest fast food I can think of and gorge.
Someone suggested I do a juice detox for half a day to help get my body back on track. Might try this tomorrow. I will eat my normal 2 tablespoons of peanut butter for breakfast (protein) and then a bag of mixed vegetables for lunch. Then after lunch I will start drinking v8 and cranberry juice until bedtime. 6 8oz v8 = 300 calories. Hopefully it retrains my brain not to assume some giant dinner is coming.
