As I said before, I'd not put any weight on despite having been laid up after an accident 3 weeks ago and a knee op last week. Id not been tracking as tightly as normal and without the excercise I've been pretty chuffed to stay static.
Well earlier this week I decided to pick myself up and get a better grip on my food tracking. The result is, having weighed in this morning, I've dropped another couple of pounds at 14st 1lb.
I've not been sub 15st since I recovered from cancer 10 years ago - not a weight loss method I'd recommend

Next week, I have a check up at the hospital and I should be able to join the gym and get a special programme sorted for myself. I'm back on the way upwards or should that be down???
