Toe Update

I saw the orthopaedic doctor today and he had to numb the toe and straighten it. Not the most fun thing around. So now I am feeling a tad sorry for myself. He said no exercise for 8 days, until he sees me again on Wednesday next week, as he is afraid it might get out of place again. *sigh* So I guess I have to stick to the low caloric intake and do my best to not mess up the weight loss thing until I can get back to the exercising.

    Youch! I'm sorry to hear about your injury. How about lifting some hand weights while seated until you can get back on your feet?

    Sorry about the toe, but that doesn't mean you can't exercise. It's only one toe on one foot. You can do upper body exercises and selective lower exercises.
