I lost 2.5kg (5lbs) over the last month!
That`s good isn@t it?? Well I feel a bit dissapointed because the month before was much more dramatic loss.
But I know that it@ totally nothing to be dissapointed in. So I keep on going!
But yeah it`s the weeknds which are my biggest problem. The weekdays my meals are all structuerd by working and if I preplan so say make a meal and freeze it for the week then I have no problems wiuth keeping to my call range.
But weekends I`m jst lazing at home mostly playing some games and I want to snack on potato chips and chocolate or cookies...like I`d go buy some stuff and the entire bag or box would be gone.
Now I don`t keep that kind of food so I end up eating fruit and dried fruit but even then I over done it.
And my bf can`t meet me this weekend so bummer I`m bored amd wamt tp eat junk!
