Another month, another challenge

This time it's the 'Official 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge'. Day one has been a success so far. I've done my video, gone for a 4km run, tracked what I've eaten for the day... of course, it's only 12:30 and I still have at least 11 more hours t get through before bedtime so anything can happen but I'm not too worried.
My starting weight is 128. My goal's to maintain my weight and just establish a consistency in my exercise while adding in ST.
Should be no trouble at all... yeh, right.

    Kate and I met today and went over the legs - doesn't mean for sure thats what you will get - but 75%

    best of luck with maintaining your current weight.. My goal weight is 129 I have about 14 more to go.. I am thinking of getting down to 125 that way I have "bounce" pounds.. you know those stuborn pounds that bounce up and down throughout the week. But I won't know until I get there..lol
