First Weigh in Tomorrow

We will have our first Biggest Loser weigh in tomorrow at noon and I am worried. Although I have been really watching my food for the past week and been more active, I really don't think I have lost any weight.
Tomorrow we all get a one month free at the local YMCA, and a presentation by one of the trainers. I am going to try to make good use of the membership by working out every morning before I start work. Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be cardio; Tuesday and Thursday will be for strength training. Then with building a new deck (24' X 28') in our back yard, I will get plenty of exercise!
By the way, anyone have any suggestions on how to drink 8 cups of water a day and not have to run to the bathroom so often? I think that is where I get most of my exercise!!
