Lost a pound this week. Since I decided to maintain, the weight keeps coming off. I think relaxing about the whole thing has helped. When I gave myself permission to have more or to have more of a calorie range, I don't really use it. I tend to fall between 1250 and 1350 daily. I have also noticed that the scale has somewhat lost it's power over me. It does not rule me or ruin me like it used to. Now it's just another tool that I use like my measuring tape. That realization gives me hope that I will not go back to where I was.
