Why is it so hard to incorporate foods you like into your day to day eating!!?

Ok so i read on here that cheat days are stupid and we should incorporate our favourite foods into our lifestyles. which actually made a lot of sense to me. it really does! but it's a NIGHTmare. i went to Jack Astors today and had half of their cheesecake, only to find out when i got home (and checked their nutritional menu online) that each cheesecake slice has 860 calories!! WHAT!!!? how is that even possible?!?! okay i know...the cheese. BUT ITS SO YUMMY AND NOT FAIR!

so it's a lie. i cannot incorporate ne of these foods into my life because that cheesecake was the same as one of my entire meals for the day.

lesson learned...i really need to not eat out anymore. :(

    Yes, you can incorporate your favorite foods into your lifestyle. It takes careful planning ahead, much smaller portions (which means you can enjoy it longer), and sometimes extra walking/running miles or fitness minutes.
