I got through Friday without a hitch, so here it is Saturday morning, and I've got my plan in place!
I'll do the PowerPump class at the fitness center (75 minutes) AND if I can stand it I'll stay for the 30 minute core-building class afterward. Normally I'm completely wiped out. I'm trying to do more, to push myself harder, so we'll see. On Thursday I really surprised myself by being able to do several planks and hold them for the full duration. They were really hard and my abs were really sore yesterday!
I'm sticking to the WARRVESTS strategy. BLW, this was an acronym I came up with for the things that were the hardest for me to practice consistently. Some of the things aren't so hard for me anymore, like the water, but I think it's still good to track them. It's when I slack off that things go haywire for me!
At the end of the day, when I review the letters to see how I've done, I'll often find I haven't read my cards or taken my vitamins. Those are quick and easy things I can do right then so I can have a "perfect" day. That's good!
Hmmm, I think I need to add a "C" in there for CREDIT! I would like to focus on the things I'm doing right instead of always being critical of the things I haven't managed to get in!
I am very hopeful that today will be a very good day. I plan to have a great weigh-in on Monday!
