The boss asked me to pick up a salad from McD's for her today. I'm starting to grow weary of salads for lunch, so I thought I'd get a couple of their grilled chicken snack wraps. I got back to work, only to find that they had wrapped them as grilled chicken, but they were actually CRISPY chicken.
In two of them, that's a total of 120 extra calories I really didn't need today. So ... do I aim for a little extra effort in a workout this evening, or cut back somewhere else? Or just chalk it all up to an unfortunate misunderstanding?
The sad thing is, those weren't calories that will help fill me up. They could have at least been protein or something more useful. No, instead it was just breading and grease. blegh.
