next step ... I'm ready!

Thursday, June 24, 2010

I've been tackling the healthy eating and water goals. I'm doing quite well on both of those fronts. (yay me!)

Now ... exercise is looming on my horizon. I've been getting walks in at work during my lunch break. I've enjoyed them. But I noticed this morning that my body is telling me that it wants more. I actually felt the desire to have sore muscles from pushing them harder. I want to get stronger (again). I think it's time to look myself in the eye and say let's get this show on the road!!

I'm ready!

Teresa, I can usually get back to my nutrition & water...it's the exercise...but I'm being positive. Now that I am unemployed, I hope to schedule walking into my day so it becomes a natural thing like breathing when I return to work!

    You are doing GREAT!

Good for you. It's amazing how our bodies tell us what it needs, it's just up to us to listen.

Exercising is always the hardest for me. I can eat well and drink my water with no problem. I just never seem to stick to it. I'm doing better on this since January but I have to work on it.

I hear you, if it weren't for the food choices and drinking all of my water every day i would have probably gained back all the weight I lost...i have to get back to exercising. I have been taking walks too but feel the need for my body to be pushed.

It is good however to keep remembering the little things that we are sticking to.
