The hardest part of endurance running in the first 10 to 15 minutes. Once you break through that wall, you'll feel the pain in your legs go away. They get a bit numb and its easier to keep going. But once you do a full 5K, don't plan on walking the next day. :) Also, try some shadowboxing. Don't need any equipment and a great way to mix things up. And man, do you sweat somethin fierce! I enjoyed your video blog. You did say focus a lot lol...BUT girl i say it too. Because if we dont stay focused we will not get to were we want and need to be. So stay focused...and say it 100 times a day if it helps.
And I use to go to curves too. I loved it at first and then like you got bored. I started going to another gym and it was much better. Right now im just doing my bike at home and when i get the money i wanna go back to a gym.
