One step at a time.

Well,... today I got up and immediately started fighting with myself.

It amazes me how deeply ingrained bad habits can become. I woke up thinking about food I have no business eating. So,..... I ate breakfast - not the high-fiber cereal, turkey bacon breakfast I should have had - but not a cheeseburger. And now, I feel a little bit better. I haven't exercised yet, but - I'll take it a step at a time.

Isn't that what life is all about, little steps gradually building into great distances. Will today be perfect? Nope,..... but it will be a start - one step at a time.
