i've been slacking!

The only good part about it is that I have not gained any weight-I have stayed the same. But that is also the bad news I have stayed the same. I need to step in back up in exercise and my food tracking and get my scale to move down!!! So I am getting back on track today and here's to hoping I stay on track @ the 4th of July picnic! Everyone have a SPARK-ling good 4th of July weekend! emoticon
