Evolving Routine ...

I had some health issues and was unable to workout for a month. I am still doing low-carb, but now I am on a low oxalate/Atkins plan. The Dr. took away my almonds and spinach ... 2 things I was eating every day.
I will work back up to my HIIT (high intensity interval training) and my weight training. I am walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes 3 Xs a week, weights 3 Xs a week (building my routine back up), YOGA (yes I said yoga) 3 Xs a week and I joined a walking group that meets 5 times a week in the evening. We walk 3-8 miles, changing our route each time.
I have 20.8 pounds to go and I am determined to get it off in a timely fashion.
