Slacking... but still holding on!

Today I did some light cardio! I should have done more because I've only worked out 2 times this week. I really need to do better! I can't help but get so LAZY!! I MADE myself get up and do some exercises.
I was ready to roll when I started this and keep hitting these lazy bumps in the road. HELP ME!!
I'm not giving up!! I've already seen changes in my eating habits, paying attention to what I eat (good or bad) and being more portion aware. I just wish I could beat this "lazy" attitude that creeps up.
Hope everyone is doing well! Your advice to kick through this would be much appreciated!
