Slacking... but still holding on!

Today I did some light cardio! I should have done more because I've only worked out 2 times this week. I really need to do better! I can't help but get so LAZY!! I MADE myself get up and do some exercises.
I was ready to roll when I started this and keep hitting these lazy bumps in the road. HELP ME!!
I'm not giving up!! I've already seen changes in my eating habits, paying attention to what I eat (good or bad) and being more portion aware. I just wish I could beat this "lazy" attitude that creeps up.
Hope everyone is doing well! Your advice to kick through this would be much appreciated!

    I joined a team called 'Where are you walking to?' and I am on a virtual walk along the riviera and will be in Monaco on my birthday IF I walk two miles a day. What a motivator.
    Maybe you need to look at your nutrition to be sure you are getting enough carbs and protein. You need the protein to build muscle and the carbs for Energy. Have a banana apple smoothie and go for a walk. You will see what a difference it makes.
