Today was such an easy peasey run even though it was like 1000% humidity. I did not stop once and that is getting easier and easier. My Gymboss is starting to feel ignored although it will be a long time before I can run straight through past 4 miles but it will come. I will always use my interval running for long endurance races though. Its just a smart thing to do for me as I am in my early 50's and I don't wish to get a running injury. I would not be happy.
Today is supposed to be the opening for 2011 Disney Princess Half Marathon registration and as of a few minutes ago it was not available yet. As soon as it is...I am on it! Even though I have not run my first HM yet, I am so confident that I will finish it that I am willing to plunk down the $$$ for the Princess HM. I am THAT determined, folks!

My next run will be speedwork at the track Thursday and Kelley did not disclose what we will be doing. I am scared LOL. I will be going my running ST tomorrow, Friday and Saturday.
