Any one else have this?? It's so annoying!! I am so easily discouraged when I eat right and work my butt off during the week and find my weight hasn't budged! ugh. I know this is not a big deal, but it's my blog to rant.. :P
Just wondered if any one else has this and has any tips that makes this journey any smoother? Any certain foods or exercises that have helped you? If anyone out there reads this and can give me some inside tips it would be great!
