Any one else have this?? It's so annoying!! I am so easily discouraged when I eat right and work my butt off during the week and find my weight hasn't budged! ugh. I know this is not a big deal, but it's my blog to rant.. :P

Just wondered if any one else has this and has any tips that makes this journey any smoother? Any certain foods or exercises that have helped you? If anyone out there reads this and can give me some inside tips it would be great!

    Thanks Nikki2439! Yah I would try to get it checked again if I was you. I was diagnosed 3 years ago and am still trying to find the right dosage :S Very disheartening!! I can't wait to see when the weight is off how it will affect my hypo.

    Wilalm70 its great that your back at it again. I fell off the wagon too. lol But thankfully I'm back on! If I find out any new info I'll be sure to let you know.

    I am seriously wondering if I, myself have hypothyroidism! I had my thyroid checked last year and it concerned my doctor to the point that he sent me to a specialist but the specialist dismissed it completely! Over the past 5 years I have been up and down about 50 pounds and honestly when I was down it was always when I was working out (playing varsity basketball and dancing) 5 hours a day! It's just not fair that something like this can affect us so! Just keep trying it will eventually pay off! Plus once you drop some pounds (as I) Problems like hypothyroidism will not seem like an issue, in fact it may magically disappear! *keep our fingers crossed!*

    I don't have any tips because I'm at the same place where I have been working hard at exercising and eating right and the scales didn't budge... unfortunately I ended up falling of the weight loss wagon for a short while. i have since picked myself up dusted myself off and got moving again. Stick with it and if you hear some great tips please share. In the mean time just keep putting one foot in front of the other
