Spark Summary Calendar

Friday, July 09, 2010

As all of you do I try to login in to Spark every day. I try to log the food I eat and the exercises I do. I take my measurments and enter those as well. I post blogs as a way for me to see where I was at during a certain time. Mabe I can finally figure out what makes me eat (snack) all day.

Anywho, I am on a new kick of attempting to login everyday for 1 year. I also will attempt to get as many points as well. I figure it's all proactive and I am learning some interesting things. Like have you checked the trivia? Phew, who knew I knew so little about food and health. Gesh.

So as I am loggin in a new month started and I wanted to see a total of points per month. I mean I figure they have those great charts for your measurments and stuff why not the points too. Nope couldn't find it. Then today my goal to reach a 365 day login streak, turned into finding a wonderful little gem here on spark. Boy am I glad I am flitting around this site so much. I love this new gadget.

What is it you ask?

It's the Spark Summary Calender, of course( you knew that, right?LOL). This handy little thing has the calories, exercises, measurments and LOGIN POINTS. I was so excited. I know, I know I can't help it though! (snicker). So now I know exactly when I logged in and when I didn't and I can figure out how many points I got a particular month. To top everything off it's interactive! Meaning you can click on any of the info and it will take you to that particular day and entry. How cool is that? I mean if I ate 3000 calories one day I sure would want to know what the heck was up that day right?

So where can you find this new little friend of mine? Well he's on your start page down there at the bottom with your goals. Click and give some love to the Spark Summary Calendar. I bet you won't regret finding this little guy!!!!!!
