Ya, I can run faster but I choose to ~TRAIN TO RACE NOT RACE TO TRAIN~

Nothing much to say except this was an easy recovery run to help rid of lactic acid buildup from last night's speedwork. Its amazing how much burn you do feel in the beginning and how fast it fades away. That, boys and girls, is why we do these runs.

Tomorrow is running ST and Sunday morning is my 8 mile LSD with hubby trailing behind on his bike. That ends week 5 of my HM training and yes, this IS fun because time is truly flying by.
