Okay this is ridiculous. I just get bigger and bigger everyday. No willpower. I guess that is it. Well no more whining. In the morning I start exercising again. I am laying out my stuff and my clothes and I have the coffee pot ready and my water ready to grab. NO EXCUSES! I will update ya'll on the progress. emoticon

    Hello! How did the week go? I had a couple of weeks where I didn't eat right, didn't really exercise, and didn't even bother to log in to SP. emoticon I totally understand how life can get in the way sometimes!

    The difference, I think, is not letting a less-than-perfect day, week, or month derail your plans.

    So, maybe you ate more calories than you should have yesterday. You can decide to make TODAY better!

    So, maybe you didn't go to the gym yesterday. You can decide to make TODAY better!

    After a less-than-perfect day I always try to remember what Scarlett said in Gone with the Wind: TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY!

    You have all the willpower you will ever need! When you give yourself another message than that you are finding a way out--but I believe you have it! Believe in yourself, your goals the things you really want in life. Not saying it will ever be perfect--but you might be amazed at what you CAN accomplish. Congratulations on getting mentally prepared--now let's just do it!

    emoticon you just have to get refocused on the goal.....keep tracking what you eat and what exercises you do....it's all important....though personally I can see how you have been a wee bit distracted.... emoticon I mean, after all, a new grandbaby...who wouldn't be? just get back on track and don't obsess over it....just do it....!! we all have times when we let life get in the way..but we know that we have to do this...for our health....

    Good luck girl. I know you can do it. Don't give up and don't let anything get in your way. The first day is the hardest and then each day just gets easier and easier until you just don't want to ever miss going.
