Assess the Damage

Today was weigh in day for Weight Watchers (I do the at home, online version, not going to meetings) and I got to assess the damage that the last few show weeks have done. 5 lbs! Ugh. I'm hoping that with simply getting back on track my body will get rid of what I gained.

Yesterday I worked out on the elliptical for 60 minutes, burning 526 cals according to the machine, and let me tell you, it felt amazing.

Today I have to teach 2 lessons, get my eyebrows done (man do they need it), and then it's time to hit the gym.

I KNOW I can do this. 6 weeks can bring about a lot of change.
