What to eat when you are on a rush...and how it affects your diet.

Okay sooo... I have been on the rush all this week that has also considentally been my first week of diet, i have not even had a minute to go grocery shopping.
To eat every time i am supposed to i have been eating out or having dinner at home. For breakfast for the last two days i have been eating Egg McMufin from McDonalds and a small orange juice which add up to 369 Calories. I have not had snacks in between because since i have nothing healthy at home i rather just wait till my meals come and eat a bit morein my meals since im not consuming snack calories.
I want this really bad, i am just scared that when a couple of those hard to lose weight days come around and i havent lost too much i will be dissapointed in all my effort BUT I know i have to remain strong!
