Simply put, tonight was a Tempo run and Kelley had us take it to 3 miles as opposed to 4 so I made up the difference with some easy miles. As you can see my actual AP was about a minute faster than the plan and Kelley decided its time next week for a 1 mile time trial to see where we are in our training. So I have a feeling our times will be adjusted accordingly. Its suppose to really heat up here next week so she thinks she will keep our track work not much more than the warmup, time trial and then of sourse cool down.
That is about all for this exciting installment as I am tired and not very talkative. I have an easy recovery run tomorrow followed by a 9 mile long run Sunday to make a 20 mile week. Woot!
