I had a mini weigh in on sunday, and I`ve lost 1.2kgs (2.5lbs) in two weeks! Hey that`s not bad, but I had the feeling it might have been a bit better if I`d kept to my cal ranges more strictly.
So I am keeping with my current range, and perservering with the small changes to my diet. I`m still obsessed with thinking about food, but there may be slight improvements and I am getting closer to my ranges day by day.
I`m still struggling to eat more protien...I cooked up boston beans in the slow cooker so i will portion them up and eat them through the week. The cashew nuts I got while a smallish bag I struggled to make them last 3 days, they probably could have lasted 4 but anyway, I wanted to do nothing more than sit down with the bag and finish them off, maybe I love cashews too much. Maybe I should get walnuts instead I kinda don`t like the bitterness to them on their own
But I have been keeping my running up despite the humidity , I am so proud of that ;D I figure take it easy through the summer and then when it gets more comfortable add some intervals to get my pace up. Mind you there must be a limit for how fast fat girl me can run, I`m carrying around all this extra bulk with me it`s gotta be slowing me up!
This weekend my boyfriend held my wrist and then jumped back surprised. "Your arm feels thinner." He said rechecking around my forearm with his hand. I have no idea that is something I stare at every day I`m never gonna see a difference.
Except I was looking through some old pictures, oh man now there I could see the difference!
And about to light up a cigarette!!

By coincidence I am wearing that black and pink camisol right now, I wear it as pjs. It is so baggy on my now I need to tie knots in the straps lol.
